Welcome to Nobodies Perfect, where fitness is for everyone.

I'm passionate about exercise and its benefits, but I know one size doesn't fit all. That's why I offer personalised fitness plans that are tailored to each individual's needs and goals. I can help you to get fit both mentally and physically without fear or barriers.
​
I've helped people with all kinds of fitness goals, rehab programs, medical conditions and more. Firstly, I start by understanding your goals and challenges. Then, I create a flexible plan that will help you reach them (inflexible plans just don’t work!).
​
Doing a group exercise class might terrify someone, but starting with an online class or a 1-2-1 session could be a good place to start. That’s why I offer a variety of fitness options.
​
Our fit family is welcoming and inclusive. We go to classes to have fun and laugh and work out to the best of our ability. Our aim is for you to come away from a class wanting to do more and beginning to feel a part of our diverse, bit noisy and caring community. Friends that sweat together, stay together.

NoBodies Perfect Classes
(and what they do for you)
Nobodies Perfect classes are designed to get the best out of you. With classes, online, on demand and face to face, there are no excuses. Classes to keep you on your toes, with regular updates to moves, music and more.
​
A weights based class, but don't worry, no equipment required. High energy, high rep session designed to strengthen, tone and burn those calories super fast.
Combining bits from all class types including cardio, strength, conditioning and flexibility. We'll mash it up and you'll smash it up.
​
It's a challenging workout with a beautiful blend of moves inspired by yoga, tai chi, pilates and good old fashioned strength and stretching, leaving you feeling super chilled.
​
An all time favourite that pretty much does what it says on the tin.
Targeted exercises to get to grips with those pesky areas that so many people want to get stuck into.
​
Fast paced, action packed, non-contact mixed martial arts session. Kicking and punching your way through a fun packed workout. A really great way to get the heart racing.
​
Specifically designed for the core (and that doesn't mean just the six pack!). A class to condition the core, front back and sides ;-) Equipment optional, but not essential.
​
Using a mini trampoline, removing the majority of impact on the joints and muscles, a fun and exhilarating workout.
